Travel

We sail, train, test ideas on the water and document what actually works.

  • Hitchhiking trips across Europe (and the Arctic...)
  • Sailing journeys on the Baltic, the North Sea and beyond
  • Old-school sailing journeys on the Masurian Lakes (middle photo above)

  • S/Y Gracil restoration (beautiful classic yawl from Sweden, built in 1971)
  • DIY marine VHF radio receiver with AIS decoder [MSc Engineering project]
  • DIY underwater power generator [BSc Engineering project]
  • Autonomous Sailing Vessel Model as a Demonstrator of Innovative, Eco-Friendly Transport Systems

Photography and Documentary

We are fascinated by the traditional art of photography and cinematography. We want to show the process of preserving memories with all available techniques, like:

  • Dry-plate analogue photography
  • DIY photographic chemistry
  • Analogue filmmaking

And much more...

Why OverSailed exists

We really don't know. Probably we have a mission to share our sailing addiction... it is incurable.
